In planning the cost to attendees, please keep in mind:
a. EPIC activities are intended to be affordable, and
b. Since EPIC is a nonprofit and relies on dues and workshops to further its mission and we want to encourage more workshops, please talk with us to find a rate that works for you and EPIC.
c. If the proposed activity is an open mic at a bar, and there is no admission fee, please describe the benefit to EPIC: ___________________________________________________________________________
